Residential and Commercial Interior Design
NEW PROJECT | NEW IDEAS
Whether you need a one-room makeover, a new bathroom or a whole house design scheme, we bring practical ideas and design solutions to your space.
The initial consultation is a site visit where we discuss your dreams for your home, how they can be achieved and how best to get your project going.
During our in-home initial consultation, we discuss your likes and dislikes, we come up with verbal solutions about floor space, traffic flow, design ideas and finishes.
3D visualisation is part of our service when we work on your project. It’s such an important tool. Our clients understand exactly how they will interact in the new space we have designed for them.
We designed a family room from concept to completion. Watch the visualisation video of our Cattai Residence Project.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
When you are ready to start on your project we draw up a Design Agreement.
Included in the Design Agreement is a detailed Scope of Work for each room, and the stages of how the project will proceed.
We will guide you through the complexities of internal selections, including floor coverings, custom furniture and joinery, architectural hardware, lighting, bathroom and kitchen finishes and fittings.
The Scope of Work follows from an initial onsite consultation.
Regardless of whether we provide you with residential or commercial interior design services, we guarantee unmitigated support. From procurement and budget management, delivery and installation, we will work closely with you to ensure your dream vision becomes a reality.
THE SCOPE of WORK in FOUR STAGES
1. Design Agreement
The design agreement is drawn up based on the detailed brief and description of the project. Once the design agreement is signed up by the client, we start working on your project.
2. Concept Design
The concept design includes the preliminary layout design, sketches, samples and mood boards, a written specification with details of finishes. We present a 3D visual and discuss the concept design with the client.
3. Design Development
Approval of the concept design, detailed CAD plans are drawn up, quotations from suppliers and relevant trades are organised and approved by the client.
4. Site Visits
Regular site visits are attended during the project progress, we are onsite on installation day.
